Before you visit us at Incredible You please make sure you take the following steps to ensure that your time with us is as relaxing and enjoyable as possible:

Before you Arrive

• Please arrive before your treatment time in order to find the salon and relax and to help us to keep appointments on time.
• Multi tasking is possible if you are short of time, but please try to let us know when booking.
• Please remember to bring your solution and holder if you wish to remove your contact lenses.

During your time with us

• It is not necessary to talk during treatments so just let us know if you wish to relax with your own thoughts.
• It may be possible to add on treatments other than those you have booked, ask your therapist when you arrive

Gift Certificates are available here at Incredible You. They make a lovely present and are available for any amount or specifed treatment. A surprise anyone would be pleased to recieve.

Opening Hours

Monday to Friday 10am to 8pm

Saturdays and Sundays 10am to 6pm

Deposits

In order to secure your appointment, do we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This can be done over the phone or in person. We regret that we can not hold your appointment until the deposit has been made.

Cancellations

We Require 24hrs notice to cancel an appointment otherwise a charge will be made up to the full cost of the treatment/s booked.
